Fabrice Vion was the winner of the 2014 French Ski Instructor Challenge (veteran class 4) in Combloux, France early in April, and also won the 2013 edition a year before in Alpe d’Huez.
He was an experienced mountaineer and a very strong skier, ski instructor of the ESF (French Ski School) and passionate competitor. Fabrice Vion was the younger brother of the President of the French Ski Federation (FFS) Michel Vion.
