Following North American exciting moments for both women and men’s World Cup, the circuit is now back in Europe.
In the third Super G. of the World Cup season taking place in St. Moritz, Switzerland, nearly two seconds behind winner Tina Weirather of Liechtenstein, Kajsa Kling of Sweden placed second, followed by Anna Fenninger of Austria.
Tina Weirather, 24 year of age, continued her ascent in speed events with her second career World Cup win. She has on the podium in four of the last five World Cup races and has finished no worse than the fifth fastest time in the seven races she competed in this season. She is now second in the World Cup overall standings behind Lara Gut of Switzerland who finished seventh.
